A 1991 graduate of the University of Florida College of Law, Mr. Caveda was admitted to Florida Bar in 1992, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 1993 and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 1994. He has received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Active in the legal community, he is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and its Family Law Section. He is also a member of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association.

Mr. Caveda is fluent in Spanish and serves as a volunteer assistant coach with the University of Tampa JV baseball team.
